Happy Lights!
It's been a hellava day, didn't sleep, rushed an assignment. Finished JIT (just-in-time), printed it, proof read it alittle, found out some formatting inconsistancies, made changes, printed the 2nd copy only to find that the printer had run out of ink. Ran out of time, packed everything I had, rushed to catch the bus which was late.
Reached uni, ran to the submissions office. Arrived JIT again. Found out that I didn't need to. The submission box was so full that you can to force open the flap to stuff your submission in. Looks like the lecturer took off extra early for the easter break.
After that, I had to rush off for band practice. The bus to the city took an HOUR !!! Well only because the arterial highway was choked with people heading for the footsie match. Go Lions!
Made it to band JIT, well considered late coz percuts are supposed to be there extra early to set-up the stuff. Made a bad start though, played plenty of wrong notes for the first piece (warm-up?) Chicago.
Now here I am, having watched Igby Goes Down twice (the 2nd time with the director's commentary on), and have officially lasted 24hrs without sleep. Hey the nap on the bus doesn't count! The movie's great really, another chanced great selection by me. =P
Tired and zonked now, but that was the highly eventful day. What came out of it? Well, a sprained ankle from running in thongs...
