Chai Latte with Vanilla Honey
Whoohoo!!!
Got my student rush tickets for tonight's concert bright and early in the morning.
Friend said that it's going to be a really fantastic concert, so I figured should spring the cheap-ass $25 for it and actually got $120 seats at the front row of Box A !!!
Thanks to an agent at the real estate agency whom woke me up aournd 9 a.m to schedule a vieweing on saturday.
Oh well, mini-celebration excuse, since supervisor cornered me in the lab yesterday. Showed him what I've got so far for the thesis and he likes what he sees! Soooo relieved! After printing some stuff, took off to Bondi Junction, ordered some Gloria Jean's new drink their "Chai Latte" and got my favourtie seat. Must've done around 2-3 hours of work today... well I sat there for around that time, but it was mostly reading... oh well, still chalks up as progress yeah? I'm starting to believe that Gloria Jeans has got the worst coffee concoctions though... but damn their punch-hole-for-every-drink-loyalty-card scam!!!
Hmm...cereal for breakfast again? Or some yummy DJ blueberry muffins?

Flamboyant French pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet is renowned for his showmanship, dazzling technique and poetic performances of the music of Ravel, Debussy and even Duke Ellington. Ravel’s Piano Concerto for the Left Hand is powerful and profound, a veritable tour de force. Where Ravel’s concerto is suspenseful, Liszt’s Totentanz is spooky: a virtuoso danse macabre with a dash of wit. Both works will amply display Thibaudet’s precision and devil-may-care verve.
To close, the renowned Charles Dutoit conducts Rachmaninov’s moody Symphonic Dances; three spectacular movements inspired by the drama and delirium of the dance.
