Worker Drone-er-rings
At work today, battle with the flu isn't quite yet over but the feverish/muscle ache period's rather over now.
White trash GF asked me about whether she could pop over to UNSW (she's from UTS) to use our labs this morning. APPARENTLY, she hasn't finished her degree! Gosh, the thing that she lies about... So she was asking me about what kinda hours our library's open and stuff.
IF she was hinting about using my laptop, she can FORGET ABOUT IT! Coz it's she and her idiot boyfriend that cancelled the internet, they can go stuff it for shooting themselves in the foot!
"This recording might be used for coaching and training purposes", you used to hear the sweet voice whisper in your year before getting connected to an operator. Well, apparently it's true! They were playing around with the Avaya system at work and they pulled our one recording where the CS rep refused to recognize the caller (a guy) as the account holder (a woman) even though the caller manage to give all the correct verification idents. Turned out that the account holder's actually a transverstite and was so insulted for being challenged about being a man when the account holder had a woman's name by the CS rep that she threathened to report the company to the anti-discriminatory authority over the whole issue!
